Grilled Shrimp Vermicelli


  • 250g vermicelli noodles
  • 300g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, basil), chopped
  • Crushed peanuts for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving


  1. Marinate the Shrimp:
    • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and olive oil.
    • Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Vermicelli Noodles:
    • Cook the vermicelli noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Grill the Shrimp:
    • Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
