Instructions:

  • 400g fresh shrimp
  • 200ml coconut milk (35g coconut milk powder + 200ml water)
  • 30g sugar
  • 30ml of mayonnaise
  • 100g of breadcrumbs
  • 25g cornstarch
  • Seasoning: salt, pepper
  • 5ml of cooking wine

Instructions:

  1. Shrimp peeled, removed only the back and then put in a little salt, pepper, wine to marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Next, heat a pan of hot oil, put each shrimp in turn, roll through the breadcrumbs and then the cornstarch, drop in the oil with a medium flame and fry for about 2-3 minutes until the shrimp’s outer shell turns. turn yellow, then drop to drain.
  3. Take another clean pan, add coconut milk and sugar and stir with your hands over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  4. When the sugar dissolves, add the shrimp and mayonnaise to the pan, stir gently for a few minutes to let the shrimp infuse the seasoning.
  5. Finally, present on a plate and enjoy.
