Ingredients:

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Rice vermicelli noodles, cooked and cooled
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, and Thai basil)
  • Bean sprouts
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Carrots, julienned
  • Roasted peanuts, crushed
  • Hoisin dipping sauce
  • Nuoc cham dipping sauce (fish sauce-based)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Slice the cooked shrimp in half lengthwise.
    • Arrange all the prepared ingredients on a clean and organized workspace.
  2. Soften the Rice Paper:
    • Dip a rice paper wrapper into a shallow bowl of warm water for a few seconds until it softens.
    • Place the softened rice paper on a clean and damp kitchen towel.
