- 300 gr fresh shrimp
- 200 gr lean ham or pork belly
- 20 rice paper rolls
- Red onion, roasted peanuts, chopped chili

Shrimps are washed and boiled. Take out and soak in ice cold water. My meat is filtered, the skin is removed and also boiled, taken out and soaked in ice cold water.
