Deep-fried Shrimp


  • 500g fresh shrimp
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 200g fried dough
  • Seasoning, fish sauce, salt, cooking oil, chili


Step 1: Prepare Shrimp

Step 3: Fry the Shrimp

You put the pan on the stove, add enough oil to fry the shrimp. When the oil is hot, turn the shrimp into the batter to fry. Fry with low heat so that the shrimp doesn’t burn, until the shrimp is cooked and the outer shell is crispy, then remove to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb oil.
