Recipe for Delicious Chicken Fried Rice

Fried Rice Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 200g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cup of peas
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken and stir-fry until it’s golden brown.
  4. Add the diced carrot and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice and mix well with the vegetables and chicken.
  6. Add the beaten eggs and stir well until the eggs are fully cooked.
  7. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  8. Add the peas and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat and serve hot.
